Beltway office solution, is one of the BEST companies I have done business with in a very long time. Outstanding customer service!!!! Frank, the gentleman who helps with technical issues was very informative and patient with me. Beth, the young lady at the front desk was a joy to speak with and was able to get me my toner the same day!! I did not buy my copier from them nor did I have a service contract with them. But all future purchases will be only from this company and service contract from them also. The company I currently deal with will lose me forever they do not have Frank.
