Copier Repair Warranty
All work is guaranteed for a period of 7 days or a certain number of copies depending on the segment of the unit for the same condition as originally reported. If we need to return for the same problem, we will allow up to a half an hour of additional troubleshooting time. Parts are guaranteed for a period of 30 days against any defect (not use or wear).
Is Copier Repair Cost Effective?
From time to time we encounter machines that have suffered extensive damage as the result of misuse, worn out beyond repair, power surge, or lightning strike. Situations occasionally arise where replacement of a copier is more practical than copier repair. We’ll give you an honest opinion as to whether or not the repair of your machine is a cost effective investment. In the unlikely event that your machine is found to be “not worth fixing”, we will only charge you for the initial service call and evaluation of the equipment. We will be happy to point you in the right direction for a replacement unit even if the equipment is not purchased from us! Getting you up and running is our number ONE priority!
