Frank was super easy to work with. He always answered the phone, and any questions I had during the process. The printer is up and running and our staff couldn’t be happier. Also, just wanted to say Patrick make it extremely easy for us connecting computers to the printer and helping us solve some operator error issues. BOS is an awesome company!
